How to Block Websites on iPhone (Safari Included)
To block websites on iPhone, add their domains to a blocker that uses Apple's Screen Time web content controls. In SupaFocus, add domains like youtube.com or reddit.com to your blocked list, then start a focus session or schedule — those sites become unreachable in Safari until the session ends.
Apps are only half the problem
You block the TikTok app, and five minutes later you're watching TikTok in Safari. Any serious distraction blocker has to cover both apps and the web. SupaFocus blocks websites with the same Screen Time enforcement it uses for apps, so the browser isn't a loophole.
What you can block
- Social media on the web — instagram.com, tiktok.com, x.com, facebook.com
- Video rabbit holes — youtube.com, twitch.tv
- Forums and news — reddit.com, news sites, sports scores
- Anything else — add any domain to the list in seconds
Blocked sites stay blocked during focus sessions, scheduled blocks, and after you exceed a daily limit — and unlock automatically when the session ends.

Can I block websites only during work hours?
Yes. Create a Focus Schedule (e.g. 9am–6pm on weekdays) and your blocked websites list is enforced automatically during those hours.
Does the website blocker work in Chrome or other browsers?
SupaFocus web blocking uses Apple's Screen Time web content controls, which are strongest in Safari. For a watertight setup, also add the browser apps you don't need to your blocked apps list.
Can I use it as a porn or adult-site blocker?
You can add any domains you choose to the blocked list and protect the block with Strict mode so it can't be lifted mid-session.
