Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SupaFocus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
License
SupaFocus grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the app strictly in accordance with these terms.
Subscriptions and Purchases
SupaFocus offers optional in-app purchases including:
- Weekly Subscription: $7.99/week with a 3-day free trial
- Yearly Subscription: $39.99/year (no trial)
- Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment for permanent access
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Free trial periods, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the app
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Transfer the app to another person or device in violation of Apple's terms
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
Screen Time API Usage
SupaFocus uses Apple's Screen Time API to block apps during focus sessions. By using this feature:
- You grant the app permission to manage Screen Time restrictions
- You understand that app blocking is managed by iOS system APIs
- You can revoke Screen Time permissions at any time in iOS Settings
Disclaimer of Warranties
SupaFocus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BySupa be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
